Should I buy RAM now?

Are the prices still rising on this stuff? I dont know how soon I'll need it but at the latest a month or two from now.
I want a gig dual pack of Mushkin and prices seem to be creeping upward. Is there anything around the corner I should wait for or something that will bring prices down?

I want to throw in an extra 512 in my machine, but I'm also wondering if I should wait to see if prices drop.
