With the LEDS lit (It's a little cloudy but it was not easy to make those LED's clearly visible on the pic).

Green LED = PSU Power
Blue LED = Waterpump Power
Red LED = HDD activity
Yellow LED = SCSI activity

In fact they replace the two original front panel LED's on the PC-70.

The IR transmitter is meant to connect to laptops, PDA's and my cellular phone.
