Unless you can find a BIOS with the proper overclocking options, you're not going to be able to overclock. There might be a jumper or two, but that won't get you far.
well i did some research a while ago since i was thinking of a microatx system.... the is-10 did at one time in the bios have some overclocking but was reported not to work... the is-20 is new but does not overclock either... I have read that the MSI 865GM2-LS does overclock quite nicely but the voltage set in bios for the cpu does not change... sounds like pin wrapping time on that board..
*EDIT- i hope you didnt pay to much for that is-10 since that board at newegg under the referb. side has them for $39
