Yes, i'm running in 100 MHz FSB, does it have something to do with temp ? About the "bit messy", it's because i've put some around the chip. I tried running it at 1.30 GHz (13 x 100 MHz) and the Temp started rising (57° C) and this is just at the bios, the Hard Drive is empty for now, no OS, nothing, so it should be worse when the CPU will be at full load.
I noticed in the bios that we couldn't go over 132 for FSB.
The heatsink is a "Platinium" (i dont know about heatsinks).
So what's the answer ???
answer is
heat sink and fan you have is garbage.
Cooling requires plenty of fresh are being pulled into the system. Add as many high quality case fans as you can.
don't put and thermal paste on anything but the core of the cpu. Not around...whatever.
the chip you bought it either 100fsb or 133fsb.
The higher the multiplier the hotter the chip will run. Lower multi and higher fsb will lead to a cooler core. (That's my opinion).
I'd get a better heat sink and fan as soon as possible. any temps in the 50c range with runing idle is crazy.
once the machine is running 100% cpu load your core temps are going to go off the charts.

I swithed the fsb to 133, but the temp quickly climbed to 60°C (same conditions as before). I think i'll buy another heatsink tomorrow. But i got another problem : i got 2 80mm fans, but i could only put one because there are only 2 power entries for fans in my MSI K7T Turbo Raid mobo. How can i plug more fans then ? Is there an adaptator or something to have more power entries ?
Well, most people diasy chain them off the main power supply.
you can get a Y spliter and add more.
