i'm setting up my buddy with a new computer but im having trouble deciding on a heatsink. He's not too fond of noise and doesn't want anything as horrid as the delta. I want the system to be as cheap as possible, so I'm not really looking for a glaciator. Is there any other heatsinks that will keep this non oc'd 1.33 t-bird in check w/o the use of the delta?
thanks

I'd say the best heatsink for the Job is the Millenium Glaciator. It's quiet, and when I tested mine out by placing a 72W Peltier on it and see how cold the peltier got (with no CPU, just the bare heatsink and peltier) to 4F, and the heatsink barely got warm. So I'd say it should handle an Athlon 1.33 GHz non-OCed with ease. Best of all it is very quiet . . .

or the ys-tech on any good cooler instead of a delta
