im a new guy

so, im a new guy to this forum, and also to oc computers and that fun stuff, anyone here know where i can find helpful tips for oc a dfi pro875b? i have on it a intel p4 3.2 800fsb 1mb cache and HT, 2 raptor 10,000 rpm drives raid 0, 200gb seagate, ati radeon 9800pro 256mb graphics card, audigy 2 sound card, and ddr 400 512 x2 with a latency of 2-3-3-6 t1 or whatever that means, so any help with oc this system to get it running fast, but without it crashing all the time would be great.
