when setting fsb @250 or over, the promise raid controller bios gets activated even though its disabled it bios. has this happend to any one else?
Im using bios version 1016.

Yes! It happens to me, but I never knew that raising the FSB above 250 MHz was the cause.

when i lower the fsb back to standard it still stays on, so i clear the cmos on the jumper and it disappears only happens to me at 250 or over. strange...
