IMO i think when you install winxp then it'll give you the option, on what stripe size you'd like to use........not sure though..

Stripe size only appears in RAID 0 and posibly 0+1. The only optons on the P4P RAID controller hub there is the Intel's ICH5R and VIA.

On the current Intel controller hub there isn't 0+1 array.

On Asus's site they say the controller is a Promise not VIA like in the original P4P800-DLX.
 
There is a menu where you setup the array and stripe size, the quick look press keys.

I didn't know Asus discontinued the non E delux model of that board and it's been awhile looking back at the site.

Things change fast, maybe a little too fast lol.
