Yes that's a very good kit...basically on par with anything we would recommend in a DIY setup. Unfortunately, it's not worth 225 dollars. You'd be better off ordering the components separately and buying a heatercore instead of that radiator. The rad has 90 degree elbows on the inlet and outlet which will reduce flow and hurt performance...while the heatercore will provide better performance and will be much less expensive. You'd just have to build a shroud.
 
I have a swiftech kit on my p4 now and it works fine.
my main question was if this would fit on the 939.


p4 3.0e @ 4.2 - 32c, 43c load.
IMO i think it works great on a prescott which was runnng at 58c load (2 x prime95)
before i got the kit. I dont even use my TEC and its fine as is.

yeah the fill and bleed kit isnt that great.
