Do I install the surrounding rubber gasket to the case first then try and fit the window, or should I wrap the window and then try and fit it into the case?
Got the hole done, took me about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish and only cut myself once!
Any help installing this thing is much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It depends on how you have the strip oriented. The strip should have one "hindged" lip, and one "stationary" lip. Attach the stationary lip to either the case or the lexan, then attach the flexible lip second.

If it looks anything like mine (see picture below) then I'd put the case edge in first, then squeeze the window perspex into the other lip, then force the locking strip into place. I haven't installed mine with the locking strip yet as I'm painting the case at the moment, so I've taken the window out, but it looks as though the locking strip is gonna be a right bee-atch to put in.

If I had only considered the tubing I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of adding another few millimeters all the way around my complex window hole....getting it in is going to be hell.
