"fastest" Ram for under 220fsb cpu

Since i am running an amd cpu, i probly wont exede 210 or 220fsb especially on my mother board. so i dont think im gonna need pc4000 or anything, but what is the best ram as far as speed and latency i can use for my setup? i wannna do 1gb of dual channel, at like 2-2-2-5, which is what i run my current pc2100.

i like the Corsair TwinX memory.. what do you guys think?
