I got this from Nortons when visiting espn.com. Can someone explain to me what this is in plain english?

i believe someone is trying to fry your router aka packeting you bka dos (denial of service). packeting is something lil script kiddies do to get you DOSed. i didn't think people still do that these days but i guess im wrong.

been getting it a lot on many different sites. As you can see I am running NIS. Should I be worried

thats odd. don't think you should be worried but i would do some port scans to make sure you have no ports open besides the ones you specified to your router.
