The Adata or the Simpletech Nitro would be very good for the money on a P4.

PM FlapperHead about it, he has been doing some testing.

If it was a64 I would say go with tight timings,even on a divisor it would rock.
 
I'm not a P4 guy, but my local best buy has KHX PC4000 for $119 after rebate, 512MB sticks. Not a bad deal.

for that kind of money, (215.00) my suggestion would be to go to bb or cc when they have the kingston valueram on sale. look thu the window for modules that have bt-d43 or ct d43 chips in them .these modules will oc 260/265 at loose timings which would be almost exactly how far the average p4 2.8c will go.. thats the only way i know of to get ram that cheaply..
