The top one is a bit larger, but it's got an outside cover made of rubber. The other one's just hard plastic. I got a couple. One for me and one to give as a gift.

It was in today's circular. These deals usually go from Sunday until Saturday.

If you go to target.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see the "weekly ad" link. Then do a search for "Lexar."
