$320 for mobo and ram

I have 320 bucks to spend on a p4 mobo and ram, what do you think would be the best CPU and mobo for that price? (im gonna be watercooling, maybe chilling)

I sorta want a 3.2e that will do 4.. with that good stepping, but that doesnt leave much for the mobo.


it seems the 3.0c (30 cap) and an asus or abit board is the way to go...

Prescott is still young, I would go with a northwood. It sounds to me like you already know what you want to do. Go for that Northwood 30 capper.
