SATA Raid question

I'm looking into getting a P4 motherboard with the i865 chipset. Most all of the boards I've seen come with SATA (at least 2 ports). What I was wondering was, are those ports raid-able or are they like like standard IDE ports with no raid? Most of the boards dont seem to say if they are Raid-able ot not.

What boards are you looking at specifically? In most (if not all) 865 boards, yes they are RAID-able.
