Folding on a machine w/h network or modem?!

There's a second (Celeron 633) PC sitting here awaiting a RAM upgrade, and the owner won't need it back for weeks so I wanna let her fold 24/7. Is it possible to tranfer Folding back and forth between my main machine via a floppy or something? Anyone doing this?

To transfer files for each protein folded would be a pain.... I'd just drop a generic NIC in there (Intel or Realtek or like) and do that... it shouldn't be too much of a pain to put one in there.
