I have Intel D815 mobo with intel PIII 930 MHz processor(700 MHz original).
I want to reverse the overclocking, but i can't find any option on mobo
or in bios.

If anybody know, plz reply

How exactly are you overclocking that processor then?

Intel motherboards provide absolutely ZERO clock management software, so it will run at whatever speed the processor dictates. I assume that means you've pintricked it somehow...

take out the power cord and the BIOS battery, then wait 30 secs and put them back in. the OC should be reversed then, and all BIOS options set to factory defaults.

There is a program called CPUCool. That after you enter the PLL you can OC the Intel. I have done this myself from 2.53 ghz to 2.913 ghz. But it not stable. I can get the intel ot bestable around 2.75 ghz.
