MOBO for P4

I am building or upgrading my computer if you will and i am looking into two brands of mobo's first the ASUS P4P800 i848P, the ASUS P4P800 SE i865PE. And the other brand is the ABIT A17 i865PE. Now i have heard excelent things about both brands but which would be better for overclocking and for just about everyday life. And is the ASUS P4P800 SE any good because i really havent heard much about it.

I thank that Abit iS7 i865PE would be better for overclocking .
