Can't quite figure this one out...

Anytime I try to push above 172FSB I get massive errors in Memtest. I have tried giving my memory more voltage and, well everything I can think of. Whether I run in 5:4 or 1:1, it won't go above 172. Any ideas? I would think I would only have issues in 4:5 mode, but it doesn't seem to matter...

TIA for any help..

What tests are you getting errors in. If its in #1-4 then you would be needing to give your cpu some voltage, but at the speeds your at now I highly doubt that would be the problem. What I would do is just contact corsairs and see if they will give you an RMA

Usually tests 3 & 4. What do you mean by the speeds I'm running at?

Tests 3 and 4 in memtest will generally only show errors when the cpu is pushed to far or doesn't have enough voltage. At 172FSB there is no way that is what's going on
