Thanks for the link Nartac Helped out alot. Looks like I will get this kit in a few weeks!!! I know not the same as DIY but until I get my mind wrapped around this concept it might be MY best choice ATM. I could always get a heater core later since it looks like the only main difference.

Or do you think this setup would be better
Danger Den TDX $53
Maze 4 chipset for intel w/hooks $43
Maze 4 GPU $40
Black Ice extrem Radiator $65
2 evercool 120MM Fans(push/pull) $24
Hydor L35 $50
10' Clear flex tubing $12
AS5 $7
4oz zerex $4.50
12 hose clamps and Y&T fittings $9

Total $276.35

Also should I get a reservoir? If so add $25
Anything else I will need?

those are good parts but in my opinion, you can save quite a bit of money still but still have good performance. This is my setup:

Danger Den D4 pump $68.99 (voyeurmods.com)
'77 Boneville heater core $17.99 (autozone) or for single fan use 86 Chevette hc
2x 120mm Panaflo 86cfm 35dba $6.00 each (or Sanyo Denki 102cfm 39dba $5 each)
Swiftech MCW6002-P $40
bought a Swiftech MCW20-P but decided not to use it b/c it added more heat to what my prescott already produce
Clearflex 60 tubing 10' $6.50 at McMaster
home made PVC reservoir $6.00 or T fitting for $1.50 at home depot
8 worm clamps from autozone $4.00
1 part antifreeze (which I already have) to 9 parts distilled water for coolant

The heater core is really simple to mod. If you don't care about being fancy, all you need is a hack saw and cut the tubes when they start bending.

You will need to get a shroud for your hc. Either make your own if you are handy and save more bucks, have someone who are good at it make one for you or buy one.
