I thought the GeForce3 MX was supposed to be announced in late August but time is ticking and August is almost over! What the heck!
Does anyone have any new info on GeForce3 MX?
thx in advance!
I heard early this week that it was supposed to come out friday, the 24th- that sure didn't happen!! I think they are having trouble with nForce, trying to get it ready. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out, I could actually afford a MX3 and I want one.

Isnt the GeForce3 MX supposed to have simular performance to the GeForce2 Pro?
I think what everyone's banking on in the GeForce3 series (Both MX AND normal) is the programmable GPU. Because in a lot of cases the Ultra beats the GeForce3 (most notably in 16-bit color, when it gets closer to reaching it's maximum fill). I kind of regret buying my GeForce3. With nVidia's self-imposed 6 month product cycle, I'm not sure if people will be willing to learn how to program the GPU if it will be replaced so quickly.
