Is there a site to help with memory timings?

I know all about the different settings for memory, but I have become quite annoyed with trying to help a few of my friends who don't want to listen, or continually ask me "What does 4-3-3-4 mean?" "1T? 2T? Huh?"

Is there a site out there that explains what each of the timings do, and what to set them at for different types of performance and how to work with them through overclocking?

I figured I'd put this up, since if there is a site, it would be helpful to all of the newbie overclockers that are just as confused.
