even tho i run dual channel it won't be counted on the mainboard?
 
Use Slot 1 and 3, use slot 4 for the booster.

I got your e-mail and responded as well. You won't lose dual channel mode by using the Booster, to answer that question.
 
There is a thread HERE that links to a review of the booster. In it there is an explanation of why you don't need to for dual channel. It is only 3 pages so I will let you find it yourself ;) But I think it was on page 3.
 
Current DDR memory controllers use a shared power channel for all slots (think of it as wiring up LED's in parrallel). Power is not separated between data channels.
