1/2" System w/ 3/8" Reservoir & Flow Questions?

This will be my first H2O cooling system setup.

I'll be using:

Swiftech MCW6002-P CPU Waterblock 1/2"
Swiftech MCW20-P Chipset Block
Swiftech MCP-650 In-Line Water Pump
D-Tek Customs 120mm Pro Radiator 1/2" Fittings
1/2" Clearflex 60 tubing.
CoolerMaster WaveMaster case

Due to the size of my case, I've decided on an external reservoir. My choices are pretty much either the Innovatek Tank-O-Matic (http://www.modthebox.com/review242_3.shtml) or the Noise Isolator External Reservoir (http://www.water-cooling.com/reviews/noiseisolator/page1.php)

My question is about flow rates and performance. Since both of these reservoirs have 3/8" fittings, will that hinder my system performance, or will the pump just be able to push a higher pressure through the smaller connections?

If you're going to use a res, make it have 1/2 minimum barbs. There's no sense in it being extra restrictive compared to the rest of the system.
Unless you just want an external reservoir, a t-line would be easier and fit inside the case.
