Is there a way to disable "are you sure you want to run this program" dialog in sp2?

Self explanitory title. That "feature" is annoying, and driving me up the wall

I believe it has to do with the new DEP (Data Execution Prevention) that's included with SP2...System Properties | "Advanced" tab | Performance-->"Settings" button | "Data Execution Prevention" tab.
