Listen to my story
I finally found the Asus P4T533-c motherboard Ive been looking for after my PSU fried the last one I had..
So I registered in ebay..

First time I couldnt login, tells me wrong username and password.. I email them, they give me a temp password.. which still doesnt work...
I email them again, they give me another temp password and tell me to clear my cache, cookies and history.. So I tried it with Firefox and Internet explorer + a reboot and still nothing
I registered in ebay AGAIN through a different email and different nick.. First time, i managed to log in and place a bid...now I've been outbid.. and guess what? I cant login again, I emailed ebay and they didnt even reply this time!

This is killing me, thanx for reading but please help me!

Sounds like your firewall may be somehow blocking cookies to eBay. Have you added eBay to your "Trusted Sites" list?

I have over 120 positive transactions (no negatives), and I always log right on from home, or work, or friends' houses. Sounds like a PC/Internet issue on your end to me. Sorry I can't help more.

I will advise that you research your sellers CAREFULLY, and check their feedback CLOSELY. Read all item descriptions 2 or 3 times to make sure you didn't miss the "It has been in for service 3 times" or "Sold As-Is" disclaimers. If you are cautious, and do your research, you *Should* have a painless, pleasant eBay experience.

Check shipping costs as well- they can be misleading and jack up the price with the "Handling Fees"...

Youve been really helpful with the tips and all, I havent thought about the firewall but my modem has a built-in firewall... that could be the problem, I'm gonna try putting it in my trusted sites, hope that helps
thanks for the input :)
