What is the difference between the P4C800 Deluxe and the P4C800-E Deleuxe?

The major difference is that the P4C800 Deluxe uses the 875P MCH/ICH5 chipsets while the P4C800E Deluxe uses the 875P MCH/ICH5R chipsets.

Performance wise, they are no different. You only get some additional features, like extra RAID and better support for EE (Expensive Edition) P4's.

the P4C also has better support for PAT technology than the P4P, but you can solve that problem with some BIOS flash magic ;]
