My borther has about $200 to spend to get some new ram whats the best he can get for that much, He has some 512 pc2700 Kingston and 512 pc2700 PNY now but is looking to get some pc3200.

Is he just looking to get another 512 stick or more? He can get higher than 3200 for less than 200 if he wants. I recommend OCZ or Corsair

Is he wanting to run it in dual channel, and how much more memory does he want. If he's only wanting another 512 stick or 2x256, tell him to get some Corsair XMS3200XL PRO. If he's wanting 1GB for under $200, well, you aren't going to get anything great for under $200. If he's planning on running PC3200 with those other sticks of PC2700, then he doesn't need to buy PC3200 anyways. I don't think they'd play nice together.
