hi again, i just sold my x800pro card to my friend and it was modded by me to 16 pipes, and it was working fine on my computer but now it wont work on his.. these cards dont take a lof of PSU power so i doubt that is and his system is pretty high up so.. but i did leave the card on 543/580 (that was stable for me) when i gave it to him, u guys think that could be it? cause he powers up the computer and after 3 mins it shuts off?

Tell him to put it back to stock then. And how did you give the card to him? By mail or by hand?
and list the specs of his computer, mainly his PSU...
Also, if you can, I'd try testing the card in your system again. If it works fine that should prove the card isn't the problem, and that something in his system is causing it.

The PSU is 400watts and i mailed it, but i mailed it the way i bought it so it couldnt have been dmg in anyway, that and there were a lot of peanuts inthere.
Would you know the brand of the PSU by any chance? Some 400W PSUs really suck, while others are really good.
