How hot is the northbridge supposed to be?

It should be warm to the touch as there is no fan on it, but its within spec or asus wouldnt of done it. :)
 
I'm about to order a Thermalright NB-1 from Sidewinder soon. :D

The heatsink is just warm when idle, but it does get a little hot on load for the stock heatsink. That's at default FSB of 200MHz. :)
