ok so im getting my first power tool a Ryobi 18volt Dremel. now i have a question. if i were to be wanting to make 80mm fan holes with screw holes, i would need a hole saw, right? does anyone have the size of the hole saw needed and other sizes? also what attachment should i get to cut aluminum. and last but not least does anyone know the process to paint aluminum?

you planning on using the hole saw on the dremel if so.. then it wont happen..
for an 80mm fan its a 80mm diameter hole saw

For a hole saw you need a very powerfull and high rpm drilling machine.
I doubt anything on 18V could ever get the power to keep a hole saw touching alu turning...

I wouldn't use a 80mm hole saw, I'd rather use a 76mm or 74mm hole saw (keep in mind that the width of the fan is 80mm, the hole itself is more like 76mm).

Check the stickies on painting.

no not on the dremel first and second all the hole saws i see are in inches. the dremel is just for cutting the huge sheet of aluminum i have into panels.

In Inches it would be a 2 7/8" (73mm) or 3" (76mm) hole saw.

I doubt that. I used my hole saw on my handheld Craftsman power drill. Worked perfectly, make sure you let the hole saw do the cutting and dont push.

Also, I did a few 92mm fan holes on my Antex SX1030B (think thats the model) with a my cordless makita drill (has lots of torque which is nice). Just cut slowly and take your time.
