My company uses it, and it seems real stable and their customer service is always friendly and helpful; but that's for corporate users... they may treat regular callers like crap...

Aren't they going by UUNet now or something?

Yeah, they are owned by AOL, that's who I work for, i'm just seeing if anyone here uses it.
