hey

i just rediscovered this ram that i bought about a year ago, and decided to try overclocking them one at a time. they absolutely fly! i never had heard of these chips before are they perhaps bh5? they boot at 240fsb and would post at 250, with 2.9v (real about 3.05v) on an abit nf7.

just wondered if anyone has ever seen these and overclocked them before?

ill keep testing.

sounds like perhaps its Twinmos' CH5 to me.. can do 240-something with very tight timings, losening the timings shouldn't make much difference though..

Twinmoss comes in many versions.
Some sites still offer the winbound ch5 version eg

http://www.cheeep.de/chips.php?op=modload&name=cheeep_shop&file=description&II=401&IDU=2004081519534681.58.252.102&SectionID=6

Ch5 versions 1g are about 50e more expensive than the normal versions.
I suspect the good twinmoss 3200 oc's I've read all come from the winbound versions.
I've also read quite a few incompatibility issues.
