I need informations about Geforce 3!!

i am having an outcome tomorrow on graphics' card, so i need lot's of information about it so i can type it all out in a essay form. and ofcourse my target is an "A" grade and i want information base on what's inside the mighty Geforce 3(e.g how many transistors , when advantage is it over the older graphic card, and what is it benefits on......etc.
it's going to be a long one:D
