Kreton Tech Support

Has anyone tried emailing Kreton and have got a reply back? I sent an email to both there sales and tech support emails over a week ago without hearing anything from them. Starting to wonder if they recieved my emails or not. Might have to just call them.

its always better to call up if you need tech support, they take you a bit more seriously and are forced to answer any questions you have.
