memtest question

hi, i'm running the latest version of memtest (3.1a). It's stalling when i get a 1/4 way done though test #5. I was wondering if anyone has any fixes or answers to why this is happening to me. I'm trying an FSB of 225. Thanks

test 5 is the harshest test from what I understand, so if it's failing, you might try upping the voltage to the dimm and/or lowering fsb a bit.

it's not giving me errors, it's just freezing. would voltage help?

it definately won't hurt to try it. If it still freezes, then try to bump down fsb. I had the same problem. I think it fixed it with a new bios.
