I think I'm "Folding" .... HELP

OK I just downloaded, installed and signed up as "Dennis Baliton(www.overclockers.com)". I hope everything is correct.

Now what? How do I check if the machine is actually working.

By the way these are machine's specs
1Ghz Intel
1GB RAM
10 GB HDD
everything else sux...

if its the console, after (at the most) 5 mins, it will say finished frame (1)

Dennis, welcome to the team. After you enter your user name, it will connect and get an ID number and download and Workunit(WU) for you computer to fold. It should show you the protein that it has downloaded, as well as the number for steps to complete it. They are all around 500,000 right now. After a couple of minutes you should see:
Finished a frame (1)
after 3 or 4 minutes
Finished a frame (2)
This will continue until it reaches 100 frames, at that time it will connect and send in the results, and download another protein.

yeah!!! last time I checked it said that it had finished 25 frames. I'm gonna install this on 2 more machines tomorrow and another 2 the next day.
