Is this good memory to replace my problematic OCZ ?

I'm having to RMA this stick of ocz 512 tomorrow back to newegg and am wondering if this would be a decent replacement choice?

If not, what should I get as a replacement then at this price range?

They will be just fine to replace your OCZ. Overclocking mileage will vary tho.

I have RMA'ed my OCZ back to newegg and need to get something picked out and coming my way asap.

512 MB PC3200 or I dont know if PC3500 would be better for my setup?

Well if it uses Micron mT -5B C then it should perform like the OCZ EB series. However OCZ does hand pick ICs and tune the PCB. If you really want to save some money, you should go to stores and hand pick Kingston Valueram for mT 5b-C chips.
