peltier question

I bought a peltier heatsink combo from AOC. It came with a small 15cfm fan. I replaced it with a I'm quessing a 20cfm fan.
Well anyway its a slot-1 heatsink with one fan in the center, Would it be better to have the big one in the middle over the die, or have both different fans side by side.

I will go side by side but have to order some good fans.

try both and see which choice deleivers the goods, its the only way you will know for sure.

Try the side-by-side config. Their cfms should just sum up . I hope you're not planning to use the HSF-pelt on a Athlon-class CPU 'cause it'll be really underpowered...

no I'm messing around on a 433 celeron ppga. I stopped though because running my cpu at freezing doesn't make it clock any higher. I don't have temp monitoring yet and just found out radio shack stopped making their indoor/outdoor thermometor.
