what the heck does that mean? Is that how long it takes per packet or something? mine's down to 1 now and is that better or worse?:confused:

That's how long it takes to fold 100,000steps generally speaking. Most of the current proteins are 500,000 steps. This just means that you are doing 100,000 steps in 1 hour or less which is good. That's the fastest time that Stanford shows. You could be folding even faster. You get 1 wu credit/100,000 steps.

Less is better. That is hours per work unit. Most, if not all, of the BBAlpha's count as 5 work units.
