Vdimm mod or Not?

I have PC3200 512x2 Nanya Technologies Ram, I was wondering if I do Vdimm Mod for P4C800E-Deluxe If it will enable me to go higher on my OC.
Right now i am running [email protected]
its stable but when i run prime95 for about 2hours or so my pc restarts

That means it's not stable. The FSB or the CPU speed is too high. Try a different ratio so you can run your RAM higher without the processor going out of spec. It could also be that your RAM is maxing out. Nanya isn't known for its overclocking potential. I don't think it responds well to voltage, so a mod wouldn't really help. Since you're running an Intel (timings don't really matter) PC4000 would work nicely. I've heard great things about Adata PC4000. Flapperhead knows a great deal about RAM, so you might want to PM him.
