password box pops up

hello im using IIS as my webserver and I want to know how to get rid of the password box that pops up when i goto my index.html page located at http://stftk.kicks-ass.org I know niether the Password or the Username that goes in the box...so it's just a pain..I can even access my own site...unless I went C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/index.html but thats dumb lol please help :confused:
