Hmmm if your subject line says it all we're in real trouble. How about kindly posting some more details, like your processor specs, mobo, etc.
In general, 50C is not a very desirable temp, especially if you're only web surfing.

Well.. I don't recognize your HSF.. or I don't understand your abreviation. Either way, if you say it sucks.. then you probably have a good indicator of why your temps are so high. I'm sure you already could guess that they are higher than most people report for browsing type activity.

dude, a super orb sucks...that won't even keep my 900 cool...if you want an orb i would suggest the DragonOrb 3, u can get those from NewEgg.com for 30 bucks....if you want a REAL cooler, get an SK6, u can find those on pricewatch for 36, including fan...
keep that CPU cool

You're probably right, looks nice.....but
BTW: I got much higher temps surfing the web 91 C !!! (PIII cA2 600 @ 840 2.0V with PEP66) but that has to do (at least i hope so) with the P3V4X.
For the PPL that never seen it

I think I saw a review on the ttc-mt1ab somewhere -yeah, it sucks. I wonder if these guys really do any real heatsink design or even understand idea behind a design instead of plainly copying 'good-looking' ideas like the Articooler (Orb's precursor).

that looks like..................crap!
the p3 heatsink i installed onto my vid card looks better than it!
that's sad....when they try to make something look so nice but it doesnt help a bit....
