I don't run Intel platform so I can't say for sure but when this memory first came out about a yr ago it was some of the best around and was made with bh-5 chips. Since then things have changed as you know so who knows. Corsair is a very good company and even with the worst 3200c2 stick you'll get a decent OC.

I bought two sticks of this about a year ago when the NF2 boards first came out. Its a PC3200 XMS rev 1.1. I could un around 250with 11/2/2/2 timmings in my DFI board but at 3.3volts  I am not sure what chips are in there now. If you can find PC3500 Corsair, all of that was BH-5.
