I am in search for a vga block, I already know that i will buy a swifty mcw6002-A, but what a bout a vga block originally i wasn't going to do it since I already have a passive heatsink for my Geforce 5700U.

anyways, I was really looking for the cehapest low restriction block out there. I was hopping for the $20, but its not worht it if it slams the whole system. note, the actually Delta T on the GPU isn't Vital, as it will run cooler, so

cheap
low restriction.

does NE1 know what the restiction is on this?

It's hard to say what the restriction may be as there are no pic's of the flow path (that I can see).

One obvious problem with this block is that it is aluminum, which will be an absolute pain in your system. You *can* use it, but you would need a good corrosion inhibiter and would have to change your water a lot more often. You could use this block, but I would say it's not worth it and to stay with the passive heatsink over the aluminum block.

If you haven't already done so, a couple fans blowing across that zalmen will help things out.

ahh, I see, well then aluminum is a no go. Perhaps I will leave it be since I'm a little Short on $$ as it is
