Hi UEnvyMyStyle, wellcome to the Forum,
You must change your Mem Modules made to works at 100Mhz with others Pc133 made to works at 133Mhz, this coz the only way to OC (overclock) your chip is rising the Fsb from 100 to 133Mhz, obtaining a nice 666Mhz.
You need first of all of a good Cpu cooler & a thin layer of thermal paste, and your chip temps never must go over 50 degree C @full load (100% load), but less are better.
To OC your chip you must enter into the section of Bios called 'Cpu Soft Menu II' and enable, I suppose, the Turbo Frequency and after mod the Ext. Clock from the original 100Mhz to 133Mhz, and if not stable increase the Core Voltage of the Chip, never over the 15% of the original value.
I hope it helps you ;)
