Best RAM: fast with loose timings vs. slower with tight timings

For a new rig, I'm looking at the Corsair TwinX1024-3200XLPT which has some tight timings (2-2-2-5). The question is, would PC4000 (or faster) with loose timings be better than the Corsairs. I shouldn't have to say this, but I'm looking to overclock the new rig, which will (hopefully) be an Athlon 64 FX-53 socket 939, and either an Asus A8V Deluxe or an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum.
