Need to partion but cant

i got my computer to get driver installed and got games installed. then i realize theres only 9gbs it should be 80gbs. My brother tryed to repartion but it immdetl y goes to reinstallinga fresh copy of xp how can i i repartion?

Right Click My Computer > Select Manage > Select disk management. You should see a box on the right side with a black header that says "unallocated" in it. Right click in the box > select create partition.
