Problems with CS:S beta

Anyone having problems with the CS Source beta, post them here. Maybe we can solve some for some people. I myself get the error that reads the memory cannot be "read". It's so irritating, I was anticipating this game all day and now I can't even play it. :bang head

My problem is (since I found the little culprit stealing my FPS on 1.6)

CS 1.6 = 100 FPS
CS:S = 28 FPS

At best with lowered settings I could only AVERAGE 19.38 FPS in the benchmark included... :eh?:

I'm beginning to think it's time to do my sacrificial burning of video cards and send this thing to hell and just buy a BFG nVidia Asylum...

You're lucky you can run the damn game...I still can't figure it out.

Game Runs fine for me.

Make sure you opent he steam monitor and make sure the game is fully updated. theres the main download, and 2 updates so far that i know of.

This game is on the hl2 engine and thus its gonna tax older gen cards. Also its buggy So they will tweak it a bit.
